Dependable Hospice is looking for a skilled, compassionate Hospice Admissions RN to join our Tucson team!
If you have hospice experience, strong clinical assessment skills, and a passion for helping patients and families navigate end-of-life care, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.
As our Admissions RN, you'll be the first point of contact for many patients and families, helping them feel informed, comfortable, and supported as they begin their hospice journey.

What You'll Be Doing
Complete hospice admission assessments and determine eligibility
Educate patients and families about hospice services and benefits
Coordinate admissions with physicians, referral sources, and the hospice team
Develop initial individualized plans of care
Assess patient needs and coordinate medications, supplies, and equipment
Provide compassionate education and emotional support to families
Complete accurate and timely admission documentation
Ensure compliance with Medicare hospice guidelines and regulations
What We're Looking For
Active, unrestricted Arizona RN license – REQUIRED
Previous Hospice experience – REQUIRED
Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience
Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
Knowledge of hospice eligibility and Medicare guidelines
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compassionate, organized, and comfortable working independently
