We're currently looking for several experienced and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team serving multiple areas throughout Greater Tucson.
With several full-time openings available, we're looking for compassionate CNAs who enjoy building relationships with patients and families while working alongside an outstanding interdisciplinary team.
In This Role You WillProvide compassionate personal care in patients' homes
Assist with daily living activities while promoting dignity and independence
Observe and communicate patient needs and changes in condition to the hospice nurse
Encourage comfort, safety, and emotional well-being
Maintain accurate and timely visit documentation
Build trusting relationships with patients and families
Travel within your assigned Tucson-area territory

Current Arizona Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Must have at least one year CNA experience to qualify
Current CPR certification
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in the field
Home health or hospice experience is a plus
