Your Role & Responsibilities
- Develop Personalized Care Plans
Assess patient conditions and create individualized care strategies.
- Coordinate Patient Care
Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Educate and Support

- Monitor Progress
Evaluate outcomes and adjust care plans as needed.
What You’ll Need
- Active Nevada RN license
- Valid Nevada driver’s license and reliable transportation
- CPR and First Aid certification (TB testing support available)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Home health experience preferred, but not required
