Your Role:
Conduct patient evaluations and create tailored therapy plans
Promote patient safety and independence through customized interventions
Collaborate with physicians, RNs, PTs, caregivers, and family members
Supervise and guide COTAs and support staff to deliver high-quality care
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in EMR systems
What You Bring:
Licensed Occupational Therapist (Nevada)
Degree from an accredited OT program
Current CPR certification
At least 1 year of Home Health experience (preferred)
Excellent communication, time management, and clinical skills
Compassionate, patient-centered mindset
