How You’ll Make a Difference
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
Teach adaptive techniques to improve daily living skills and safety
Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs and Home Health Aides
Maintain accurate, timely documentation and communicate progress with providers
What You Bring
Education & License:
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Active Nevada OT license
Experience:
Home health experience preferred
Certifications:
Current CPR certification
Skills:
Strong communication, organization, and clinical problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
