Are you a healthcare sales professional who knows how to build relationships, generate referrals, and grow a market?
Dependable Home Health of Nevada is looking for a motivated Home Health Account Executive to develop and grow our South Las Vegas territory, covering areas east and west of Charleston Blvd.
We're looking for someone who enjoys being out in the community, developing referral partnerships, and turning relationships into measurable growth.
If you know the Las Vegas healthcare market and have experience in Home Health, Hospice, or healthcare sales, we'd like to talk with you.
What You'll Do
Develop and grow referral relationships throughout your assigned South Las Vegas territory
Build strong partnerships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, discharge planners, case managers, and other healthcare providers
Conduct consistent face-to-face outreach with current and prospective referral sources
Identify new referral opportunities and develop strategies to increase patient census
Educate referral partners about Dependable's Home Health services
Maintain and strengthen existing accounts while developing new business
Track referral activity, market trends, and sales results
Use CRM and reporting tools to manage accounts and follow-up activities
Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure a positive referral experience
Represent Dependable at community and healthcare networking events
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year of Home Health or Hospice experience
Las Vegas healthcare market experience strongly preferred
Established healthcare referral relationships are required with a strong Book Of Business
Strong sales, networking, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Ability to develop new business and meet growth goals
Experience with CRM platforms and tracking sales activity
Associate's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
