- Licensure: Active RN license in the state of Arizona
- Experience: Home health or hospice experience preferred (not required)
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Certifications: Current CPR certification & negative TB test (assistance available)
- Clearance: Ability to obtain fingerprint clearance per regulations
- Bilingual Preferred: Spanish-speaking skills highly valued in our community
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing or higher
