  • Build positive, professional relationships with Direct Care Workers and serve as a resource for day-to-day questions and concerns.

  • Assist with recruiting, hiring, orientation, training, testing, and competency requirements.

  • Provide ongoing support, coaching, and counseling to DCW staff as appropriate.

Manage Scheduling, Timekeeping & Payroll

  • Monitor services to ensure care remains within authorized hours and service parameters.

  • Communicate and participate in conferences with ALTCS case management as needed.

Maintain Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of DCW training, testing, and competencies.

  • Help ensure compliance with applicable Direct Care Worker Training and Testing requirements.

  • Complete and submit required Non-Provision of Services Logs to ALTCS/DDD within established timeframes.

  • Maintain organized and accurate program documentation.

Support Billing & Program Operations

  • Assist with billing and care-management processes through accurate and timely data entry.

  • Maintain program information necessary for operational and compliance reporting.

  • Assist with other DCW Program responsibilities as assigned.

Provide On-Call Support

  • Participate in on-call coverage outside regular business hours as needed to address client, caregiver, and program needs.
