Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Wilmington, DE, for an Estimator/Project Manager. The individual in this role will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, assisting with project budgeting, and managing construction projects from start to completion. The job requires coordinating with vendors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are executed efficiently and within allocated resources. Additional responsibilities include monitoring project timelines, addressing issues proactively, and overseeing compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Cost Management and Budgeting to ensure projects remain financially viable and efficient.
- Experience in Construction Estimating and Project Estimation to provide accurate project quotes and assessments.
- Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, team members, and subcontractors.
- Understanding of construction project workflows, safety protocols, and industry standards is preferred.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools is a plus.
