We are seeking a Bilingual Front Desk & Administrative Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients.
This is a critical, client-facing role. You will help shape each client’s experience with our firm—often during important and emotional moments—by communicating clearly, professionally, and compassionately.
- Answer and manage a high volume of calls in English and Spanish
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person
- Schedule consultations and manage the firm calendar
- Provide accurate and professional information to prospective and existing clients
- Follow up with prospective clients and assist with intake
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Set up and maintain client files and data in case management systems
- Assist with payments, invoices, and payment plans
- Maintain an organized and welcoming front office environment
- Provide administrative and translation support as needed
- Full professional fluency in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing)
- (This is a non-negotiable requirement)
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional, empathetic, and positive demeanor
- Strong written communication skills in both languages
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Apple experience a plus)
- Reliable transportation
- Experience in a law firm or professional office
- Prior experience in a bilingual, client-facing role (front desk, call center, or similar)
