Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. A licensed and credentialed Physician Assistant or Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) will provide diagnosis, treatment, consultation, and follow-up in collaboration and under the supervision of the Physician/DCHC Medical Director. This position requires consistent, sound judgment and the ability to work independently with minimum direct supervision. You will collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments
- Prescribe medications and administer injections following HIPAA regulations and DEA guidelines
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals on diagnostic evaluations, interpretation of diagnostic tests, and treatment planning
- Document all patient interactions accurately within Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
- Provide telehealth services utilizing telemedicine platforms to expand access to care in diverse settings
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA standards and ICD coding requirements for accurate medical records
Experience
- 1-2 years experience in clinic medicine
- Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems
- Knowledge of CPT coding, ICD-9/10 coding standards for billing purposes a plus
