Program Analyst

To qualify at the FV-H (FG/GS 12) level,you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to theFV-G (FG/GS 10/11) level. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.

Specialized Experience includes: Experience collecting, reviewing, and analyzing financial data to support mission objectives and organizational operations. Experience communicating and collaborating with internal and external customers in person and telephonically to provide guidance, resolve issues, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining effective working relationships.

Quality Ranking Factor (QRF): Well qualified applicants will demonstrate of the following:

Knowledge of logistics concepts and elements, e.g., life cycle management, maintenance, repair, overhaul operations, and supply chain management.
