DSH-Napa Physical Rehabilitation Therapy Services is hiring a Speech Pathologist I. This is a full time and permanent position working with adult patients in a psychiatric facility. The incumbent will be responsible for the following duties, but not limited to:
- Assessment and evaluation
- Treatment services
- Provide written documentation pertaining to progress in treatment
- Provide training to unit staff to support the patient in daily living

Speech Pathologist I
- You must complete the STD. 678 Employment Application and include duties performed with Supervisor’s name and Contact information. All experience and education relatable to this classification should be included to demonstrate how you meet the minimum qualifications for this position. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
- Attach a copy of proof of degree or transcript if using the education to meet the minimum qualification. Foreign transcripts must be evaluated and submitted with application STD 678.
