What are the responsibilities and job description for the Attorney Advisor position at Department of Program Services?
The Attorney Advisor position is in the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts, Department of Program Services, Court Services Office (CSO), Court Policy Division. CSO's Court Policy Division provides primary staff support for the Judicial Conference Committee on Court Administration and Case Management (CACM). The Attorney Advisor supports multiple CACM subcommittees and CACM judge members assigned to other Committees, Councils, and working groups.
Bar Membership: Applicants must currently be an active member in good standing of the bar of a state, territory, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico or a federal court of general jurisdiction (attach a copy of license). Applicants are responsible for citing minimum qualifications such as J.D. and bar membership information (institution name, state(s) for bar, and dates) on their respective resumes.
