The salary wage as shown is for the 2026 General Schedule Base pay schedule and does not include locality pay. For specific wage information, refer to the OPM Salary Tables. Note: Applications can be accepted from students who expect to complete qualifying education within 9 months from the date of application. Education was completed successfully before the applicant can be appointed. RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Program Analyst, you will:
  • Track and monitor IT-related requests and ensures alignment of equipment/resources with onboarding and operational needs.
  • Lead planning and coordination of office relocations and workspace reconfigurations.
  • Provide guidance and technical assistance to staff on administrative and logistical processes.
  • Create and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidance.
  • Analyze and report on logistics data and performance metrics to inform decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications : You must have one year specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-9 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following:
- Tracking equipment and technology such as security systems, data, and telephones for an office.
- Providing space planning and utilization support.
- Coordinating administrative office functions such as procuring office supplies and equipment, property inventory and/or space management.
- Developing various communications to include correspondence, memos, reports, or operating procedures.

Have Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or three (3) full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree, or LL.M., if related.

Have a combination of education and experience as described above that meets 100% of the requirements.

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to gain employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. If such experience is on a part-time basis, you must provide the average number of hours worked per week as well as the beginning and ending dates of the experience so it can be fully credited.
