Minimum Qualifications : You must have one year specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the nextgrade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following:
GS-11:
At least 1 year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-9 grade level in the Federal service, to include experience - Assisting with program analysis, evaluation, or performance measurement activities - Collecting and analyzing data to support decision-making - Supporting development of reports, briefings, or program documentation - Coordinating projects or contributing to team-based initiatives
OR
A combination of specialized experience and graduate level education that meets 100% of the qualification requirements for this position
GS-12 :
At least 1 year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service, to include experience
At least 1 year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service, to include experience

- Develop and maintain dashboards and performance tracking systems to monitor program outcomes and support data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, systemic issues, and risks, and develop actionable recommendations to improve program performance.
- Apply analytical and evaluation frameworks to assess program effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance with established goals and requirements.
- Draft and update SOPs, guidance documents, and internal procedures to improve consistency, accountability, and operational effectiveness.
- Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations for leadership.
- Integrate and synthesize data from multiple sources to support program assessments and strategic planning efforts.
- Collaborate with program staff and stakeholders to gather requirements, validate findings, and support implementation of process improvements.
