This is a limited term position, it may be extended up to 24 months and/or become permanent. 


Under the general supervision of the Supervising Program Technician II (SPT II), the Program Technician II (PT II) is responsible for providing telephone and face-to-face information in the Executive Division’s Public Affairs and Information Office, Public Counter Unit at the CSLB to licensees, consumers, applicants, and control agencies.
