Salary: $60,132 – $80,820 annually 5% facility premium

The Opportunity
We are seeking a PREA Compliance Manager to serve as the facility’s subject matter expert on PREA standards at Green Hill School. This role is critical to ensuring youth safety, protecting federal funding, and maintaining compliance with the Department of Justice and the Governor’s Office expectations. You will oversee internal audits, training, and continuous monitoring to ensure the facility meets all federal PREA requirements and is fully prepared for external audits.
What You’ll Do
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to management on PREA standards and compliance.
- Monitor and review sexual abuse incident investigations and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
- Collect, analyze, and submit data on reported incidents; conduct fact-finding reviews.
- Act as liaison for supervisory staff regarding abuse allegations; perform internal investigations.
- Review and update local PREA policies annually to align with current standards.
- Prepare quarterly self-assessments, annual audits, and corrective action plans.
- Deliver PREA training and identify opportunities for staff development.
- Support other JR facilities with compliance reviews and internal assessments.
Required Qualifications
One of the following:
- Equivalent combination of education/experience totaling 7 years.
- Bachelor’s degree in business/public administration, law, public health, health administration, or related field AND 3 years of experience in policy research/analysis.
- Master’s degree in psychology, sociology, social work, social sciences, or related field (substitutes for 1 year of experience).

- Degrees must be from accredited institutions (foreign degrees require NACES verification).
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in psychology, sociology, social work, social sciences, or allied field.
- Knowledge of PREA standards, audits, and juvenile corrections operations.
- Experience working with diverse staff and clients in correctional or rehabilitation settings.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with advanced computer proficiency.
