Job Duties
This position will perform a variety of Housekeeping duties with positive expectations: To ensure cleanliness and sanitary conditions are maintained for residents and employees. This position will be responsible for maintaining, stripping, waxing, burnishing and buffing floors.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience with procedures for Striping and Waxing, Burnishing, and Buffing.
Experience with chemicals used during the floor cleaning process.
Experience with stripping/waxing machine, burnishing machine, and buffing machine.
Experience with industrial carpet shampooers, rotary carpet cleaning machines and steamers.
