- Responsible for: addressing any student behavior issues escalated beyond the classroom, collaborating with Department of Activities staff and other district personnel including transportation, nutrition, and facilities
- Modeling district values and upholding district policies and procedures while supervising staff at the assigned site. Communicating any significant concerns to central office supervisor;
- Accountable for the Special Services Providers to all requests for support with student physical and mental health needs
- Provide direction on the instruction being delivered daily in alignment with the Summer Academy curriculum. Direct teacher participation in professional learning and for teacher coaching and observation. Oversee the recording of daily attendance and contact families when students are absent.
- Coordinates with office personnel the passing out and collection of testing material, and checking-in and inventorying curriculum and supplies on the first and last day of the program. Ensures proper maintenance, accuracy, completeness, confidentiality and security of all data/records
- Manages office support related to student registration, communication with students and families, and attendance. Ensures all students are properly placed in the morning, and all students make it safely to the afternoon program.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Lead for racial and educational excellence and work to dismantle systems of oppression and inequity in our community, along with believing in and supporting all students so they feel seen and heard with access to high quality education.
- Live and work with a permanent home address in Colorado while working with us.
