This role is classified as exempt. The hiring r ange is $68,082.33-$85,102.51

JOB SUMMARY : Provides technical support including hardware, software, and end user training. This position proactively maintains equipment, identifies potential problems, researches and resolves moderate to difficult issues. This person will regularly interact with end users in person, via telephone or through the ticketing system to perform day to day client support.
Minimum Qualifications at the Time of Application
- Associate Degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems from an accredited college.
- Two (2) years of experience in an IT environment supporting hardware, software, and mobile devices in Microsoft Windows environment.
- Basic understanding of network topology, network devices and Internet Protocol (“IP”) address schemes.
- Worked in a customer facing position in an IT department.
- Self-driven, ability to research and resolve the task in hand. Demonstrated working knowledge of current communications devices and protocols and desktop technologies.
- Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with other employees and agencies.
- Must work the days and hours necessary to accomplish tasks.
- A combination of appropriate education and experience may be substituted for the minimum education requirement. A valid Colorado driver license is required. Eligibility to drive must be maintained in accordance with the Personnel Policy.

Working Conditions
This position is primarily based in an on-site office environment and requires regular in-person interaction with employees. Work is typically performed during standard business hours, with occasional flexibility needed to support system updates, troubleshooting, or urgent user needs. The role involves frequent use of computers, phones, and other office equipment and may require travel between DHA locations as needed to provide technical support.
