AI-Native Business Analyst - Sales & Delivery

Sales and delivery are where revenue is won and where it can just as easily be lost. Merkle's operations team is building AI-powered tools to give the business better visibility into both — from how we pursue new clients to how we run projects once we win them. This role sits at that intersection. You will work with sales and delivery teams to understand how they operate, where the friction is, and where AI can make a real difference. You will help build solutions that make it easier to track pipeline, manage project health, and spot risks before they become problems. This is a hands-on, collaborative role for someone who is energized by the connection between commercial performance and operational execution. Job Description: What You Will Do Partner with sales and delivery leadership to understand how opportunities are tracked, how projects are managed, and where the biggest operational pain points are Use AI tools to analyze pipeline data, delivery performance, and project health — and surface insights that help the business act faster Help build tools and workflows that improve visibility into sales activity, project margin, and delivery risk Document processes and requirements clearly so that the technical team can build the right solutions Work alongside other BAs, a technical architect, and an ML engineer to deliver solutions from brief to production Translate complex operational data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders Continuously look for ways to use AI to reduce manual reporting and improve the quality of information available to decision makers Who You Are You have 3 years of experience in a business analyst, delivery operations, or sales operations role You understand how project delivery works in a professional services environment — how projects are staffed, tracked, and billed You have built and delivered work using AI tools — including Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or equivalent. You have used AI to analyze pipeline data, generate reports, automate workflows, and produce outputs that move fast and hold up under scrutiny. You have invested in understanding how these tools work — through coursework, certification, or hands-on building — and you use that knowledge every day You are comfortable working with data and can move between analyzing a dataset and explaining your findings to a senior stakeholder You are organized, reliable, and follow through on what you commit to You work well across functions — this role requires building relationships with people in sales, delivery, and finance AI or project management certifications are a plus Nice to Have Experience in a digital marketing, agency, or consulting environment Familiarity with CRM tools, project management platforms, or delivery reporting systems Background in process documentation or workflow design Experience supporting revenue or margin improvement initiatives Location: DGS Philippines - Makati City - RCBC Plaza Brand: Merkle Time Type: Full time Contract Type: Permanent Can’t find a suitable job?
