Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues and potential entry points
- Apply pest control treatments using appropriate chemicals and equipment while adhering to safety guidelines
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery as needed for treatment applications and property maintenance
- Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and recommend ongoing lawn care, landscaping, or farming practices to reduce future infestations
- Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, chemicals used, and client interactions for compliance and reporting purposes
- Drive company vehicles safely between job sites, ensuring timely service delivery and vehicle maintenance
- Assist with general property upkeep using landscaping or farming techniques to support pest prevention efforts
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; comfortable driving company vehicles between locations
- Strong knowledge of pest control methods and safety protocols; certification or licensing as required by local regulations is a plus
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during outdoor work
- Excellent communication skills to explain treatment plans clearly to clients and team members
- Willingness to learn new techniques related to pest management, lawn care, farming practices, or land maintenance
