What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sand & Gravel Plant Manager position at Denton Sand Farm?

Duties: Manage several crews of workers. Maintain and work on various types of plant equipment(Conveyors/feeders/screens) and heavy equipment (Trackhoe, Loader, dozer, off-road truck, forklift, conveyors, hoppers, etc). Perform and/or schedule general maintenance on plant and equipment. Keep the plant running and producing. Interact with customers and truck drivers to resolve any problems. You must have prior experience using conveyors in a plant/manufacturing setting.
Competencies:
Valid drivers license, drug-free, and no violent convictions on your record.
Attention to detail.
Constant awareness of work surroundings.
Gives instructions well/ asks questions for clarification.
Able to lift 70lbs
Pleasant communication with coworkers.
Shows up on time and ready to work
Qualifications:
3 years previous experience in Plant or Manufacturing Management Experience
