Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Verify insurance information and update patient records
- Manage patient check-in/check-out processes
- Collect payments and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate daily schedules and assist with office flow
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area
- Provide excellent customer service and communication
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of dental front desk experience required
- Experience using EagleSoft (preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office setting
- Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance verification preferred
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
