We're Hiring: Dental Insurance Coordinator/Treatment Coordinator
What You'll Do:
- Verify dental insurance benefits and coverage prior to appointments
- Submit and track insurance claims efficiently and accurately
- Follow-up on unpaid or denied claims to ensure timely reimbursement
- Maintain up-to date patient records and billing information
What We Are Looking For:
- 1 year of experience in dental insurance coordination (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance plans, codes and billing practices
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Proficiency with dental practice management software (Eaglesoft preferred)
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
