**Schedule**
After onboarding and on-the-job training is completed, this positions typical schedule is Monday-Thursday am 10:30- 5:30 pm. Employee may be asked to work Friday's.
**Overview:**
We are seeking a coachable, highly motivated Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a dental office setting and possess exceptional patient service, and customer service skills. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and familiarity with dental software is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person for the job
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar efficiently
- Verify insurance coverage and process patient billing
- Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries promptly
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience working in a dental or medical office setting is preferred
- Proficiency in using office software such as OpenDental or similar programs
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and handle patient interactions professionally
- Experience in providing medical administrative support is a plus
-Experience in Dolphin Management Software is preferred
