Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Dentist position based in Fairbanks, AK. The Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients’ dental health concerns, performing procedures including cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals, and other dental treatments. The role also involves developing personalized treatment plans, educating patients on oral health and preventive care, and adhering to dental safety and hygiene standards. Maintaining accurate patient records and collaborating with a skilled team of dental professionals are integral aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canals
- Proficiency in diagnosing and developing treatment plans for a variety of dental health issues
- Strong communication skills to educate patients on oral health and preventive care
- Attention to detail with a commitment to following safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of dental professionals
- Doctorate in Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctorate in Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited institution
- Active state dental license and CPR certification
- Experience in a clinical or private practice setting is preferred
