What You’ll Do
- Welcome patients and families with a warm, friendly attitude
- Present treatment plans and help parents understand recommended care
- Explain insurance benefits and financial options with confidence and compassion
- Coordinate scheduling to provide a smooth patient experience
- Answer phones, assist with patient communication, and support the front office team
- Work closely with our doctors and clinical team to ensure every visit is exceptional
- Build lasting relationships that keep families coming back
