Position Details
- Location: Petaluma, CA
- Schedule: Full-Time
- Compensation: $35–$43 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the dental practice
- Lead, coach, and develop front office and clinical team members
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Manage scheduling, patient flow, and operational efficiency
- Ensure exceptional patient service and patient retention
- Review treatment acceptance and support production goals
- Manage insurance verification and financial arrangements
- Maintain compliance with all HIPAA, OSHA, and state regulations
- Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and team training
- Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative office culture
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of dental office management experience
- Strong understanding of dental practice operations and scheduling
- Experience managing teams and driving office performance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of treatment presentation, patient financing, and collections
- Experience with dental practice management software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
