About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized HR Generalist / Recruiter to join our growing dental service organization based in Sterling, MA. This individual will play a critical role in driving recruitment, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, overseeing performance management initiatives, and ensuring HR compliance across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have prior recruiting experience and a strong understanding of HR best practices, metrics, and reporting. This position is well-suited for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys both strategic and hands-on HR work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for clinical, administrative, and operational roles across multiple practices.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, post openings, and screen candidates effectively.
- Coordinate and oversee all onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring a positive and compliant employee experience.
- Support performance management programs, including goal setting, evaluations, and employee development initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal employment regulations and internal HR policies.
- Generate HR reports and metrics to support leadership decisions, including turnover, hiring timelines, and employee engagement insights.
- Assist with employee relations issues, investigations, and corrective action in partnership with leadership.
- Continuously improve recruitment strategies and candidate experience to support growth and retention.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of HR or recruiting experience, preferably within healthcare or dental environments.
- Strong understanding of HR compliance, employee lifecycle management, and performance development.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification highly encouraged.
