Registered Nurse – Dialysis
Full-Time | On-Call Phone Triage | $40–$55/hr $800 On-Call Stipend
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our dialysis care team. This is a full-time position with the unique opportunity to provide both in-clinic care and phone triage support for patients after hours.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Full-time
- On-Call: After 5 PM for patient phone triage (typically 10–30 minutes per call)
- Compensation:
- $40/hour (base)
- Up to $45/hour with home therapy experience (teaching patients to perform home dialysis)
- Up to $55/hour for the right experience
- Additional $800 stipend for being on call
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Dialysis experience required
- Home therapy experience (preferred) – training patients to perform dialysis at home
- Acute dialysis experience (a plus)
- Strong clinical judgment, problem-solving, and communication skills
