Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $400,000 W2 (negotiable based on experience).

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Oral Surgeon to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for oral surgery and a commitment to delivering excellent patient care. This opportunity allows you to practice full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgery in a modern facility with a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a full scope of oral and maxillofacial procedures, including extractions, dental implants, bone grafting, and corrective jaw surgery.
- Collaborate with referring providers to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Provide patient consultations with clarity and compassion.
- Maintain compliant, accurate documentation and patient records.
- Participate in internal marketing initiatives and CE events to support referral relationships.
- Stay current on clinical techniques through ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Completion of an accredited oral and maxillofacial surgery residency.
- Board certification or eligibility preferred.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana.
