Job Description:
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist with 3 years of experience, who is proactive and highly organized. The ideal candidate will be someone who has experience in medical/dental billing and front desk administration. This position will start part-time, with the potential to transition to full-time as the practice continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk: Manage patient check-ins, check-outs
- Medical Billing: Have prior knowledge regarding medical and/or dental billing.
- Communication: Follow up with patients as needed. Make calls to doctors and other healthcare providers.
- Technology Proficiency: Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software efficiently to support the practice.
Qualifications:
- 3 plus years of experience in medical and dental billing
- Strong telephone skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with patients, doctors, and staff.
- Experience with appointment management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Docs.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
