Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, managing office operations, and ensuring smooth daily functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, proficiency with office software, and excellent communication abilities. Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendar appointments add parts
  • Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using Our software and other office management software
  • Handle correspondence, proofread documents, and assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying and scanning
  • Support office management activities including bookkeeping, billing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Provide customer support via phone and in person, ensuring excellent phone etiquette and customer service standards
  • Assist with clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, and document preparation
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient office operations and timely completion of tasks

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative support roles
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Strong typing skills and attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks
  • Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse clientele
  • Prior experience as a medical receptionist, dental receptionist, or personal assistant is a plus
  • Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently and manage calendar scheduling accurately
  • Knowledge of office equipment operation including fax machines, scanners, and printers
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team approach

This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments and are committed to delivering outstanding administrative support.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week

Work Location: In person
