This is a full-time, on-site role for a Software Onboarding Specialist located in Lehi, UT. The Software Onboarding Specialist will guide dental practices through the implementation and training process of the Dental Intelligence platform, ensuring a smooth adoption. Key responsibilities include providing technical support, managing onboarding timelines, customizing solutions to fit client needs, and delivering training sessions to dental teams. The role also involves gathering feedback and collaborating with internal teams to ensure continuous improvement of the onboarding process.
