Operations Analyst

Dental Dreams / KOS Services LLC is seeking a detail oriented and analytical Operations Analyst to support operations across our growing network of dental offices. This role is based at our corporate headquarters in downtown Chicago and plays a key role in provider scheduling, operational reporting, and facilities coordination.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare weekly performance reports showing production
• Partner with office managers and regional leaders to ensure accurate, efficient scheduling
• Maintain and update dentist schedules and provider calendars across multiple locations
• Compile and analyze quarterly vendor and spending data to identify trends and cost patterns
• Maintain Excel‑based reports and trackers with a high level of accuracy
• Support leadership with operational data and reporting needs
• Coordinate facility maintenance with external vendors
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and reports
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Experience in healthcare, dental, operations, or administrative roles preferred
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or similar preferred
• Previous Healthcare / Dental experience preferred
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience

Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000
