Marion Dental Associates is looking for a organized, detail-oriented Insurance Coordinator to join our team!
If you have hands-on experience navigating PPO dental insurance plans and are looking for a reliable schedule with a 4-day work week (no Fridays or weekends!), we would love to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify patient PPO dental insurance coverage, benefits, and eligibility prior to appointments.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on dental insurance claims accurately and promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PPO dental insurance plans and guidelines.
- Address patient questions regarding insurance coverage, co-pays, and claim status.
- Work closely with the front desk team to ensure seamless administrative operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of dental insurance coordination experience.

Key Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of PPO dental insurance plans.
- Proven experience with insurance verification procedures.
- Hands-on experience submitting and managing dental insurance claims.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and clear communication skills.
Schedule & Pay:
- Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!).
- Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 / hour.
