Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Dental Insurance Coordinator / Patient Care Coordinator who is motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping patients navigate their dental care. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless patient experience—from insurance coordination to overall patient communication and support.

Key Responsibilities
- Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility
- Submit, track, and follow up on insurance claims
- Present treatment plans and explain financial options to patients
- Coordinate patient scheduling and maintain efficient daily flow
- Communicate clearly with patients regarding insurance coverage and out-of-pocket costs
- Handle billing questions and resolve account issues
- Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative team members
- Support front desk operations and overall patient experience
Qualifications
- Required: Previous experience in a dental office (insurance coordination and/or front desk)
- Strong understanding of dental insurance plans, claims, and billing processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
