Duties

- Provide administrative support by handling billing inquiries, insurance claims processing, and payment collections.
- Communicate effectively with dental providers regarding patient needs, test results, and treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with health regulation policies and privacy laws such as HIPAA to protect patient information.
- Support clinical staff by managing supply inventories and preparing necessary documentation for patient visits.
- Foster a welcoming environment for patients by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a dental office setting is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of health regulation policies, including privacy laws such as HIPAA.
- Proficiency in dental front desk administrative support tasks including appointment scheduling and billing procedures.
- Strong familiarity with Dentrix Dental system.
- Understanding of health insurance processes, claims submission, and coverage verification.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of dental terminology relevant to clinical documentation and patient care.
- Experience in dental office administration is considered an asset.
