Remote Outbound Appointment Setter – Dental Office

We're a growing dental office looking for a high-energy outbound caller to contact patients who have unscheduled treatment. Your job is simple: get them back in the chair. You don't need to know anything about dentistry — we'll teach you that. What we can't teach is drive, resilience, and the ability to dial through resistance.

What You'll Do:

• Make 80–100 outbound calls per shift to patients with pending treatment
• Overcome objections (cost, fear, timing, "I'll think about it") with confidence and empathy
• Schedule appointments and hit daily/weekly booking targets
• Track your activity and results — you'll know your numbers and own them
• Follow proven call frameworks while bringing your own personality to every conversation

You'll Crush This Role If You:

• Have experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, collections, or SDR roles
• Understand that this is a numbers game and volume drives results
• Can maintain energy and quality at 20 calls per hour
• Hear "no" and instinctively look for the angle to turn it around
• Are competitive — you want to know the record so you can beat it
• Are coachable and open to feedback
• Have a quiet workspace, reliable internet, and a headset ready to go

• You're uncomfortable asking someone to take action
• You need constant supervision to stay productive
