Position Overview
We are looking for motivated, competitive, and personable Service Coordinators to join our growing team. This is a face-to-face sales position where you will help vehicle owners identify hail damage, provide estimates, and guide customers through the repair process from start to finish.
As a Service Coordinator, you’ll work directly with customers while helping them navigate the insurance process and get their vehicles repaired properly.
What You’ll Do
* Meet with vehicle owners face-to-face and identify potential hail damage
* Inspect vehicles and provide accurate damage estimates
* Explain repair options and answer customer questions
* Help customers understand and navigate the insurance claim process
* Build relationships with customers and insurance professionals
* Follow up with customers throughout the repair process
* Generate new business through face-to-face sales and prospecting
* Maintain accurate customer and claim information
* Consistently work toward and exceed sales goals
