Role Description The Service Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Arlington, TX. This is a Door to door sales role where you identify customers with hail damage on their vehicle , and serving as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the service process. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with customers and insurance partners, updating service records, tracking vehicle status, and ensuring timely completion of repairs. The Service Coordinator collaborates closely with technicians and operations staff to align workflow, resolve issues, and maintain a smooth service experience. This role also supports administrative tasks such as handling documentation, confirming approvals, and assisting with follow-up communications to enhance customer satisfaction.
