POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to read, speak and write English in order fulfill job functions in an understandable way - Bi-lingual folks encouraged to apply!
- Ability to operate a computer and telephone system - Be prepared for a ton of phone calls
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High school diploma
- High level of optimism - Make that first impression count!
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Schedule inbound service calls using the established company scripts and training - Then you'll have the tools needed to provide excellent customer service!
- Make outbound service calls to prospect and schedule service appointments
- Log all activity in customer relationship management software - Don't want to forget who you already talked to!
- Follow up on missed appointments and perform quality-assurance follow up calls
- Staff the reception desk according to the scheduled rotation
- Positively work on a diverse team - We may not always get along, but kindness and respect are non-negotiables!
- Speak clearly on the telephone and convey an image of professionalism and competence to callers
- Professional personal appearance
- Communicate messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner
- All other duties as assigned - Can't forget about this one!
PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
- Office environment
- Sitting for several hours at one time
- Ability to move within different departments at the dealership
- Ability to work weekends - No Sundays though!
