Automotive Quick Lube Service Technicians are responsible for performing basic vehicle maintenance work as assigned and in accordance with dealer and factory standards. Our primary requirements are that the candidate possesses impeccable integrity and is committed to producing quality work our guests can count on. Some automotive experience preferred, but not required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Automotive Quick Lube Service Technicians are responsible for performing basic vehicle maintenance work as assigned and in accordance with dealer and factory standards. Our primary requirements are that the candidate possesses impeccable integrity and is committed to producing quality work our guests can count on. Some automotive experience preferred, but not required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform basic functions such as: oil changes, tire rotations, multi-point inspections, replace wiper blades, etc as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy
- Communicate effectively with service team and assigned service advisor regarding the status and any changes to repair order
- Examine the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required
- Establish a finished product which adheres to factory and dealership procedures
- Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts
- Maintaining work area in a clean and orderly manner
- Operate all equipment in service area in a safe manner
- Documents all work performed as soon as the job is completed
- Uses basic mathematical skills
- Understands and follows federal, state and local regulations such as the disposal of hazardous wastes
