24/7 Restaurant Group, a large Denny's franchise organization in Florida, is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven General Manager to lead our Denny's restaurant in Lake Worth Beach, Florida.

YOUR ROLE AS GENERAL MANAGER

As General Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the people, operations, guest experience, and financial performance of your restaurant.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, coach, and retain management and hourly team members
• Build and develop a strong restaurant management team
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels across all shifts
• Create a positive culture centered on accountability, teamwork, respect, and hospitality
• Deliver an outstanding and consistent guest experience
• Drive restaurant sales and profitability
• Manage labor costs, food costs, inventory, and controllable expenses
• Understand and manage restaurant P&L performance
• Develop action plans based on restaurant financial and operational results
• Maintain strong speed of service and operational execution
• Ensure consistent food quality, portioning, presentation, and recipe execution
• Maintain exceptional food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Ensure compliance with Denny's brand standards and company policies
• Coach and develop future restaurant leaders
• Handle guest concerns professionally and create solutions that protect the guest experience
• Build relationships within the local community
• Lead by example and remain actively engaged in restaurant operations

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Preferred qualifications include:

• Previous General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant
• Experience managing a high-volume restaurant operation
• Proven ability to recruit, train, coach, and develop employees
• Strong understanding of restaurant P&L and financial performance
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, and controllable expenses
• Strong food safety and sanitation knowledge
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to build and retain strong management teams
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to hold teams accountable while maintaining a positive work environment
• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

THE LEADER WE WANT
