Role Description
Dennish Insurance Services is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with clients, have basic knowledge of insurance (a plus), and be confident using computers and customer databases. This role involves handling client inquiries, managing records, and checking policy statuses across multiple insurance platforms.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of insurance is preferred but not required
- Comfortable working with computers and office systems
- Experience with customer service databases or CRM systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook; knowledge of Microsoft Access is a plus
- Ability to navigate and manage information across multiple online platforms

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients professionally via phone, email, and in person
- Assist customers with general insurance-related questions and requests
- Manage and update customer information in internal databases
- Use Microsoft Outlook for emails, scheduling, and communication
- Check policy status, documents, and updates across different insurance company websites
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on pending requests
- Support the team with day-to-day administrative and customer service tasks
Preferred Qualification
- Previous experience in an insurance office or customer service role
