Job Overview

As a Digital Sales Associate, you'll join a growing team that's helping modernize how customers do business with us. In this role, success starts with building a strong foundation in foodservice operations, customer support, and product knowledge.

You'll become a trusted resource for customers and Account Executives by helping with orders, answering questions, researching solutions, and ensuring customers receive the support they need. As you develop a deeper understanding of our products, customers, and systems, you'll grow into the digital sales side of the role, helping customers adopt online ordering tools and helping to develop and shape new ways of doing business.

What You'll Do

● Serve as a knowledgeable and responsive point of contact for customers and Account Executives

● Enter customer orders, sample requests, credits, and special-order items accurately into our ERP system

● Research customer questions and coordinate with internal teams to find solutions

● Learn our products, programs, processes, and foodservice operations from the wholesale distribution perspective

● Develop expertise in our ordering platforms and digital tools

● Assist customers with online ordering, account setup, and app support

● Support digital adoption initiatives and help customers become more self-sufficient over time

● Contribute ideas and feedback as we continue building and expanding our digital sales strategy

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
