Window Cleaner

We are a small, family based company looking to add 1 or 2 experienced window cleaners. The individual must be detail oriented, motivated, and willing to work in the outside elements. (rain or shine) Scheduling is flexible but is typically done between 8 am and 5 pm Monday - Friday. This position requires working from rooftops and frequent use of a ladder. (individual MUST be comfortable with heights greater than 10 ft). Pay is negotiable based on ability to perform duties. We are not looking to hire just a warm body. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of windows in various commercial and residential settings. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. The Window Cleaner will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of windows, ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning solutions, tools, and equipment to achieve optimal results.
• Operate lifts and other equipment safely while adhering to all safety protocols.
• Conduct routine inspections of windows and surrounding areas to identify any maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or special requests regarding window cleaning services.
• Collaborate with team members to complete larger projects or respond to urgent cleaning needs.

Experience

• Previous experience in window cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
• Familiarity with operating lifts is a plus; training will be provided for those without prior experience.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A commitment to safety practices in all aspects of the job is essential.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
