Job Description
As an Evening Receptionist at Dennett Rehab Center, you will be responsible for supervising, organizing, and coordinating office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Your duties will include:
- Accepting incoming and outgoing calls, maintaining accurate messages, and disseminating same
- Receiving all persons who enter the facility in a courteous manner, informing, guiding, directing, or assisting residents, visitors, staff, or vendors
- Notifying company personnel of visitor arrival
- Assisting with business office duties as assigned
- Attending in-service training and education sessions, as assigned
- Maintaining the security and telecommunications system
- Monitoring visitor logbooks and issuing visitor badges
- Performing specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have the ability and willingness to work harmoniously with professional and non-professional personnel
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner
- Must be physically and mentally capable of performing routine, repetitive job duties
- Be considerate, pleasant, and professional in the performance of duties
- Have compassion, tolerance, and understanding for the residents of the facility
- Have competency in Microsoft Office systems
